These terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you and Runway Rentals.
If the item is not returned by the due date stated in your order, you will be accountable for late fees, as you have no right to the product past the required date of return. Late fees are a charge of $30 per day.
Failure to return the item, theft of the item, or the item is returned in an unusable state you hereby authorise Runway Rentals to charge your account used for payment, at a charge of 150% of the retail value. This 150% of the retail value will be taken from the original recommended retail price (RRP). This covers the loss of the item plus the expected loss of revenue from further rentals of that product.
If you require a cancellation, you must provide at least five days notice and we will reimburse you the full amount with store credit. Any cancellation past the five days will not be refunded with store credit.
Runway Rentals reserves the right to charge your account used for payment for non-compliance of the rental agreement and terms and conditions under which you rent our products.
We will post the item to you with the NZ Post and add a tracking number, one-three days before your event so that it arrives on time. You must send the item within the next working day after your event. If failure to do so, you will be charged a late fee of $30 a day.
If the item fails to get to you before the event because of courier error, we will refund you the full amount.
Once the item has arrived to you, you hold the responsibility to these items. When providing an address for shipping you confirm that this address is your physical address, that of which you hold yourself accountable for the items when delivered. If you provide us an address where you do not physically reside, Runway Rentals shall take no responsibility for non-delivery or any liability to what happens to the product after delivery.
Orders that are classified as rural under NZ post system, and rural delivery was NOT paid for, will not get refunded if it does not arrive on time. Please make sure you select the rural delivery option at checkout.
If the prepaid post bag provided is lost by you, you are held responsible for returning the item at your own expense by the expected return date. The alternative return must be using a nationwide overnight courier service. You must immediately notify us with a tracking code.
We make sure that all products match the quality level that we have described our products to be at, clean and ready to wear.
You solely hold responsibility for the item during the rental period, if any damage and or claims are made against you as a result of occurrences that happened while you were responsible for the item, regardless of whether or not they were your own doing or out of your control, you will be held solely responsible for the costs incurred.
You must not wash or repair the item yourself after wear, this is for Runway Rentals to have professionally done.
Runway Rentals offers postage to New Zealand only, and our products must not be taken out of New Zealand.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to sell, or exploit our services.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the photos. We cannot guarantee that your computer or phones monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
When you rent something from our store, we will ask for you name, address, contact number and email address. We will keep your card details on hold, incase of any damages to the item and if the item becomes unwearable.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our rental agreement.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost or misused.
By purchasing a product of ours, you agree to this rental agreement.
