We will dispatch your item 2-3 working days before your event, designating one of these days as the event day, utilizing our courier service with overnight delivery. A tracking number will be furnished for your reference. It is imperative to return the item on the subsequent working day after your event to avoid incurring a $30 late fee per day.

If you require a garment to be delivered, please ensure that you place your order at least three working days before your event (prior to 2 pm on Wednesday for weekend events) to ensure timely delivery. Bookings made within 2-3 days of your event will still be processed and shipped; however, any resulting delays will be at your own risk, with no refund available. While we offer an overnight postage option, we cannot guarantee next-day arrival.

For morning or lunchtime events, it is advisable to set your start date one day prior to allow for accurate shipment timing. Urgent rentals for the next day, especially on Saturdays, necessitate selecting Saturday shipping before 10 am on Friday. Late bookings are undertaken at your own risk.

In the event of a courier error leading to the item missing your scheduled event, we commit to refunding you the full amount in store credit, surpassing your original purchase, with a validity period of 12 months.

Upon the item's arrival, you assume responsibility for its safekeeping. When specifying a shipping address, please confirm it as your physical address, acknowledging accountability for the items upon delivery. Should you provide an address where you do not physically reside, Runway Rentals disclaims responsibility for non-delivery or any subsequent product liability.

Orders categorized as rural by NZ Post, without paid rural delivery, will not be eligible for a refund in case of delays. It is advised to opt for the rural delivery option at checkout for rural addresses.

In the event of the provided prepaid post bag being lost, you are obliged to return the item at your expense by the expected return date, utilizing a nationwide overnight courier. Kindly notify us promptly, furnishing the tracking code for reference.
